Executive Assistant | Remote | Support U.S. Business Leaders
Higher Options is hiring a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based business leaders remotely.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly in English, takes ownership naturally, and enjoys keeping people, priorities, and projects organized.
What you’ll do:
- Manage calendars and scheduling across time zones
- Organize executive inboxes and support email communication
- Coordinate projects, timelines, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Support travel planning and logistics
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Handle occasional personal administrative tasks when needed
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in EA, admin, or similar support roles
- Strong written and verbal English
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, Trello, CRMs, and spreadsheets
- Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours, primarily CST
Compensation: USD $1,200 to $1,400 per month
Location: Fully remote
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Paid time off: Often includes Mexican holidays and paid vacation days, depending on the client.
