What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
  • Screen, manage, and respond to emails and communications for the CEO
  • Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analyses and documentation
  • Coordinate deadlines and completion of special projects, correspondence, and reports
  • Compose, edit, and proofread correspondence, contracts, reports, and presentations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • At least 10 years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience in developing client-ready presentations and materials
  • Prior experience in a real estate or home-buying environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
