Accountabilities
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars for multiple senior R&D leaders, prioritizing time strategically and maintaining meeting hygiene.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones, including technical reviews, leadership syncs, interviews, and partner/customer engagements.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international trips with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Oversee departmental events and offsite planning, including budget management and seamless execution.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Recruiting, Program Management, IT/Security, and other operational teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise excellent judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Anticipate executive needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide proactive operational support in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years supporting senior leaders (Sr Director/VP/SVP), ideally in technical functions such as Engineering, Product, or Infrastructure/Security.
- Demonstrated excellence in high-volume calendar and meeting management in a fully remote environment using tools such as Google Calendar, Slack, and Zoom.
- Strong familiarity with technical workflows, terminology, and processes, including incident response, product launches, roadmaps, and hiring cycles.
- Experience managing budgets and acting as a financial steward for departmental or team initiatives.
- Exceptional written communication and follow-through skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong project management capabilities, ownership mindset, and ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
- High professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information with judgment.
- Bonus: Experience in remote-first SaaS environments, process improvement initiatives, and complex interview scheduling.
- Anticipated base salary range: $92,000 - $105,000 per year, with potential variable compensation.
