- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar/schedule
- Handle CEO's inbox, including screening, managing, and responding to emails and incoming communications
- Provide executive administrative support for projects, including performing analyses and preparing supporting documentation
- Coordinate adherence to deadlines and completion of special projects, correspondence, and reports
- Assist with development and preparation of various reports and schedules
- Compose, edit, and proofread correspondence, contracts, reports, and presentations
- Update task management software for key action items
- Support communication across the practice area
- Compile meeting agendas and minutes
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing and document scanning
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports
- Prepare responses to routine inquiries
- Coordinate and direct office services to aid executives
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information
- Perform various administrative functions as requested
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant
- Strong communication skills
- Strong skills within MS Office Suite
- Ability to develop client and/or executive management ready presentations and materials
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
