What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize meetings for the Public Sector Sales leadership team
  • Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel itineraries, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Act as the main point of contact between leadership, internal teams, customers, and external partners
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and cleanliness, while promoting a positive office culture
  • Liaise with office vendors and partners to ensure efficient resolution of building-related issues and logistics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Proven experience providing high-level administrative support for C-level executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in office operations, vendor management, and event planning within a physical office setting
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office, and Zoom
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and serving as a cultural ambassador

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in managing office logistics and supporting executive-level staff in a technology-driven environment
