- Executive support for both founders (calendar, inbox, travel, etc.)
- Communication support (triaging emails/messages)
- Personal assistant tasks (booking appointments, follow-ups)
- Light research and tool comparisons
- Financial/admin support (expenses, tracking, categorizing)
- Bonus if you bring skills in any of: People Ops, Project Management, Tech, or Ecommerce
- 2-4 years of Executive Assistant experience or similar
- Digitally fluent: Google Workspace, spreadsheets, task tracking tools, and more
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Fast learner, independent, and excited to grow with the business
- Hiring & People Ops
- Tech/Design (light web updates, IT troubleshooting)
- Project Management (ClickUp, GitHub, documentation)
- Ecommerce operations
- Video Interview
- 20-minute take-home skills test
- 30-minute Call with the Recruiter (project, benefits, etc.)
- Interviews directly with the client (depending on the project the # of interviews may vary, this may include an assessment)
- Final Offer
- Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
- Vacation: 10 business days a year
