Qualifications
- Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience providing executive-level administrative support
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Polished, professional presence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the President & CEO and senior leadership team
- Manage complex, high-volume executive calendars across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts proactively
- Coordinate executive, board, and international meetings, including preparing materials and managing logistics
- Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel, often on short notice, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail
- Prepare, review, and submit expense reports and invoices accurately and timely using electronic systems
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential business, strategy, and product-related information with discretion
- Review, prioritize, and manage correspondence; draft responses and highlight key actions
- Act as a liaison between senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners, including suppliers and external contacts
- Create and maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems aligned with governance standards
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and company policies
- Operate independently, exercising sound judgment, initiative, and accountability with minimal supervision
