- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an executive support role
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software such as Concur and order management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Associate or bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of vocational/technical training
- Specialized skill training or certification in administrative support or related fields
