💼 What You'll Do

You're the right hand to our executive leadership — anticipating needs, organizing the unorganizable, and making it all look effortless. Whether it’s scheduling a multi-time-zone board meeting or drafting polished communications, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations.

You will:

  • 📅 Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and wrangle schedules across continents and time zones
  • ✉️ Handle email communications and prioritize inboxes with sharp judgment and discretion
  • 📝 Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting briefs (with polish!)
  • 🧳 Arrange travel plans and itineraries that actually make sense
  • 🔐 Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity
  • 💬 Act as the point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
You’re Perfect for This Role If You…
  • Have 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
  • Communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently in English (German and/or French = big bonus 🇩🇪🇫🇷)
  • Are an organizational ninja 🥷 — you're three steps ahead and love a good checklist
  • Know your way around tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project platforms like Notion or Asana
  • Are based in Switzerland (this is important for compliance and availability)
  • Handle fast-paced environments with grace, humor, and a proactive mindset
