Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal skills to communicate across all levels of management
- Experience coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing workflows
- Answering telephone calls, preparing, editing, and composing correspondence
- Maintaining and establishing reports or files for easy access and retrieval
- Providing information and resolving issues where multiple non-standard solutions are available
- Scheduling, coordinating, and making arrangements for meetings and events
- Gathering data, typing, and consolidating reports for management review
- Completing special projects such as budgeting, variance reporting, and other assignments as needed
- Organizing and directing workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity
