This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional capable of managing complex administrative tasks at the senior executive level. The successful candidate will support Senior Level Executive Service (SES) members responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic initiatives of their respective offices. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the executive office. About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience supporting federal senior executives
- Active SECRET security clearance
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory
- Proven experience in meeting coordination, calendar management, and task tracking
- Strong report generation and briefing development skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security is a plus
- Ability to foster external stakeholder relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and related administrative tools
- Perform routine executive-level administrative tasks, including scheduling, drafting memos, creating briefing materials, and coordinating daily office meetings
- Manage, maintain, and de-conflict calendars for SES members and senior officials
- Coordinate all meetings, conference calls, and external engagements, including scheduling and venue arrangements
- Prepare and maintain electronic action binders via MS Teams for senior executives
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries for senior staff and team members
- Ensure proper routing, review, signature, and submission of high-level documents for approval
- Maintain accurate records both electronically and in hard copy, adhering to applicable management directives
- Support the planning and execution of All Hands, leadership meetings, and follow-up activities
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as required by federal staff
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to a culture of excellence by supporting the organization’s commitments to deliver, grow, and thrive
- Competitive salary range of approximately $75,000 to $95,000 annually
