This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across enterprise and mid-market audiences. The Events Marketing Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership, to ensure events align with strategic business objectives. You will own the end-to-end management of conferences, trade shows, executive roundtables, and virtual programs, leveraging data to measure ROI and continuously improve event performance. This position requires creativity, operational rigor, and a growth mindset to deliver memorable experiences that connect with healthcare leaders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple priorities seamlessly, and can translate event strategy into measurable business outcomes. You will be instrumental in shaping how the organization engages with its audience while supporting demand generation and marketing initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Plan and execute a portfolio of events, including industry conferences, trade shows, field events, executive roundtables, and virtual programs.
  • Own event strategy, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Define event goals and success metrics, delivering post-event reporting tied to engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  • Manage event communications, list management, and marketing deliverables in coordination with Demand Generation teams.
  • Partner with external agencies, production vendors, and venues to ensure seamless execution.
  • Continuously test and optimize event formats, activations, and attendee experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Support weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting using Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and other tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of events marketing experience with a focus on demand generation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
  • Hands-on experience managing all aspects of event planning and execution.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to analyze event performance metrics and optimize processes based on insights.
  • Adaptable, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Nice to have: experience with Pardot or other marketing automation tools, and prior exposure to the healthcare industry.
