What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the full end-to-end delivery of corporate, PR, and high-value client events, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence
- Creating project plans, timelines, run-of-shows, and structured workflows for each activation
- Managing production partners, suppliers, venues, and external agencies to deliver premium experiences
- Partnering closely with PR and cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into well-executed events
- Ensuring all operational elements run seamlessly, including guest experience, executive participation, and press engagement
- Managing budgets responsibly and identifying cost efficiencies without compromising quality
- Preparing and presenting post-event analysis, learnings, and performance reports to senior stakeholders
- Maintaining clear and proactive communication with internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Staying informed on industry best practices and sourcing innovative approaches to elevate our event experiences
- Travelling as needed to support onsite delivery
- Expertise in delivering large-scale B2B, corporate, or PR events across diverse audiences
- A demonstrated ability to lead complex events both with and without agency support
- Solid project management skills with the ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-efficient solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to execution
- A willingness to travel for on-site activations
