Role Description
The Event Supervisor position is a part-time position in NH. The role involves overseeing events and performances and ensuring staff deliver exceptional and authentic guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising character performers, managing the flow of the event and resources, addressing client needs, and ensuring high-quality event execution. The Event Supervisor will be a key point of contact for event logistics and will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless event.

- Ability to lead teams effectively and demonstrate strong Supervisory Skills
- Outstanding communication skills to interact with clients professionally and empathetically
- Successful experience working with children
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Previous experience in the events, hospitality, or entertainment industry is a plus
