Accountabilities
- Lead audiovisual and creative event project planning, managing scope, timelines, and budgets for multiple events.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through project lifecycles and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consultative guidance and fostering repeat business.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between internal teams, venues, and vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage creative deliverables, including logistics with vendors, asset tracking, purchase orders, and budget stewardship.
- Provide on-site leadership, preparing staff for successful execution and maintaining high energy in fast-paced event environments.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and team processes.
- 4–7+ years of event management experience, preferably in agency or high-touch client environments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
- Technical and creative curiosity, with familiarity in AV production and creative service logistics.
