About The Program The Event Production Internship is a part-time 10–14 week guided apprenticeship designed to provide hands-on experience in live event production. Interns contribute to real client events while developing technical, creative, and organizational skills that support successful event execution.
Throughout the program, interns will learn the production process from initial planning through show execution, gaining experience with industry tools, production documentation, on-screen content development, and event logistics. As interns build confidence and competency, they will take on increasing responsibility while receiving coaching and feedback from the Event Production team.
In addition to core production work, interns may have opportunities to support cross-functional projects and explore other areas of the company, providing a broader understanding of how creative teams collaborate to deliver exceptional client experiences. This position is paid or can be completed as a part of class credit for participating schools.
