- Vendor Coordination: Liaising with vendors and suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, catering services, entertainment providers, and local authorities, to secure necessary arrangements for events
- Budget Management: Developing and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality services
- Logistics Planning: Creating detailed event itineraries and schedules, coordinating transportation, accommodations, activities, and other logistics to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for attendees
- Event Promotion: Collaborating with marketing teams to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials, to attract participants and maximize attendance
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and event attendees throughout the planning process and during the event, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Sales and Commission: Leveraging sales opportunities to maximize commission earnings, including upselling additional services or packages to clients and identifying potential new business leads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues

- Proficiency in using event planning software, project management tools, and other relevant software
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or the travel industry is advantageous but not required
