About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Event Manager to plan and oversee the logistics of AI-focused events. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in event management, including at least 5 years in organizing AI events. This role requires expertise in event logistics, vendor coordination, and operational execution to ensure seamless and impactful event experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all logistical aspects of AI conferences, summits, and networking events.
- Oversee event budgeting, timelines, and operational workflows to ensure flawless execution.
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, speakers, and sponsors to optimize event planning.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance event promotions and audience engagement.
- Manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee experience.
- Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and post-event breakdown.
- Analyze event performance and implement improvements for future events.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in event management, with at least 5 years in AI events.
- Strong understanding of the AI industry and its key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
- Experience with event technology, registration platforms, and digital event solutions.
