*This is a remote role, our HQ is located in Barton-upon-Humber, England. Applications encouraged from all European countries.


As our European Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading growth of our brand and business across Europe. This is a strategically important, but hands-on position, combining sales, account management, new business development and e-commerce support. You’ll manage existing and grow new relationships across Europe while driving sales and partnerships in key regions, with the support of the team in the office.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Prospecting 

  • Identify, approach, and convert new multi-channel retailers.
  • Lead sales presentations and negotiations with prospective customers
  • Attend and represent Weldtite at key trade shows and industry events across Europe as a visitor, on a stand of our distributor or on a Weldtite stand.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify and exploit growth opportunities


Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and grow our network of existing European accounts, building long-term relationships with distributors, agents and key retailers
  • Conduct annual visits to each account to strengthen engagement and identify opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales support for your customers


E-Commerce & Digital Sales Support

  • Support the expansion and optimisation of European e-commerce platforms 
  • Work closely with marketing and digital teams to ensure product visibility, accuracy, and brand consistency online
  • Identify and onboard suitable e-commerce retailers and marketplaces

 

Who We’re Looking For:


  • A proven track record in sales, preferably in the cycling, outdoor, or sporting goods sectors
  • Relevant B2B sales experience, ideal in more than one part of Europe.
  • Ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals independently
  • Familiarity with multi channel retailing in Europe relevant to cycling.
  • Fluent in English, additional European languages (especially German) are highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Residing in the Europe with easy access to major transport links


Salary: Based on Experience + Bonus
