Quals
Experience developing cost estimates for roads, bridges, structures and large projects
General engineering and construction experience for critical infrastructure. I.E Electrical Transmissions/facilities, water supply and water waste treatment facilities.
Program Policy application and EMMIE review experience.
Development of cost estimates using Cost Estimating Format (CEF).
