💎 Equity Partner Wanted! Our award-winning cultural souvenirs company VARSY'S Legends of Switzerland is looking for an enthusiastic partner to help drive company growth to the next stage.
🎨 Ideal candidates are active in the Swiss cultural, retail, or tourism industries, with a strong focus on sales, marketing and client management. We are looking to optimize our existing retail channels across museums, souvenir shops, bookstores, and corporate gifts, while fostering new growth in Switzerland and beyond.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an equity partner, the specific responsibilities are open for discussion. In general, this is a great opportunity to get involved with a proven small business, with substantial room for growth through existing channels, and through new products and markets. Our existing team is well versed in product and content, while we are looking for someone to drive sales, business development, communications and partnerships across various sectors. We are open to partnerships with individuals or companies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a calm, collaborative and solutions-driven approach. Highly motivated and self-reliant.
- Extensive experience as a business developer and partner manager. Strong network in the Swiss culture, toy, book / publishing or tourism industries – in B2B, retail and D2C.
- Fluent in English and German. French a plus. Must be based in Switzerland or DACH region.
- Passionate about creative storytelling and bringing ideas to life in innovative and engaging ways.
- Experience creating data-driven campaigns and high-ROI performance marketing.
- Enthusiasm for new physical and digital products development.
- Obsession with creating impactful written and visual content across various channels including traditional and social media.
- Nice to have: experience designing and building funnels and inbound marketing strategies.
