Job Summary (List Format): Epic Consultant – Remote
- 100% Remote, 1+ Year Contract,
- Epic Certification Required: Epic Cadence and Epic Referrals.
- Provide technical support for SpinSci Screen Pop integration to improve call center efficiency and patient experience.
- Support Exercise Oncology grant-funded project, ensuring technical compliance with grant deliverables and timelines.
- Maintain and enhance Multi-Service Line Decision Tree workflows for rapid updates and troubleshooting.
- Support launch and operation of Integrated Medicine project, including new visit types and cross-departmental workflows.
- Oversee Ambry Integration to enable genetic testing workflows and downstream clinical decision-making.
- Drive outbound automation initiatives (SpinSci and new workflow development) to reduce manual labor and enhance patient communication.
- Analyze and resolve computer problems, ensuring technology aligns with organizational needs.
- Conduct system studies to maximize benefits from equipment, personnel, and business processes.
- Plan and design new computer systems or optimize existing systems for additional operations.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processes or enhance current systems.
- 5-10 years of relevant IT/consulting experience, specifically with Epic systems.
