Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on occupational health and safety for AI training initiatives.
- Review and provide high-quality written and verbal feedback on safety practices and documentation.
- Curate and validate training content to ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, AI trainers, and developers to enhance data quality for model training.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in materials and recommend actionable improvements.
- Translate complex safety scenarios into structured information suitable for AI systems.
- Stay current with occupational health and safety trends and integrate updates into training resources.
- Strong professional background in occupational health and safety with deep knowledge of regulations and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in interpreting safety data, policies, and incident reports.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in remote environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous learning.
