Role Responsibilities
- Apply real-world community and public health experience to support AI training initiatives
- Review, create, and annotate community health–related data for AI model accuracy and relevance
- Translate community workflows, patient engagement practices, and public health realities into structured AI training content
- Provide clear, empathetic feedback on AI-generated health outputs
- Collaborate remotely with AI research and technical teams to improve model performance
Requirements
- Certified Community Health Worker or equivalent hands-on experience in community or public health settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic approach
- High attention to detail in documentation and data review
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, contract-based environment
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
