Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palo Alto, CA, for the Owner at Cheiron. The Owner will lead strategic planning, oversee operational execution, and drive innovation while closely collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to execute on company goals. Additional responsibilities include fostering partnerships, maintaining alignment with the company's mission to transform drug development, and ensuring the successful deployment of AI-driven solutions to meet industry needs.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and management experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Expert knowledge in life sciences, drug development, or AI applications in biopharma
  • Strong strategic planning, operational oversight, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven track record in fostering partnerships and negotiating multi-stakeholder agreements
  • Technical understanding of AI platforms, clinical trials, regulatory frameworks, and intellectual property management
  • Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD or advanced technical degree is a plus
  • Passionate about innovation and transforming the future of drug development
