- Resolve product-related issues and troubleshoot smart home devices effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers whenever needed
- Document customer interactions accurately and proactively in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and service delivery
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on industry developments
- Offer constructive feedback to help enhance operational processes
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not a requirement
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a eagerness to learn
