About the role
This is not a traditional job.
Matrix-Q is opening a Founder & Venture Launch Track for entrepreneurial individuals who want to build and launch a real business around an existing product, brand, or technology — and prove their capacity through execution, not credentials.
This role starts as a hands-on execution and evaluation phase.
Progression toward co-founder status and venture creation is earned through real-world results.
There are no guarantees. There is real opportunity.

What you’ll do (early phase)
In the initial stages, you will be tested through real execution, such as:
• Supporting or organizing events, launches, or initiatives
• Engaging in sales, outreach, or partnership conversations
• Representing the Matrix-Q brand responsibly in the market
• Working with ambiguity, limited instruction, and real constraints
Your ability to act, adapt, and follow through matters more than your background.

Successful candidates may progress toward launching a dedicated venture around one of Matrix-Q’s existing or emerging products, which may include:
• Digital or technology-based offerings
• Coaching, training, or education programs
• Events, experiences, or community-based ventures
