Enterprise Project Manager
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the central hub for enterprise client programs — managing timelines, deliverables, cross-department communication, and operational feasibility. The EPM ensures every project meets performance, quality, and delivery standards while representing the client’s voice internally.
- Lead end-to-end project execution for enterprise accounts, from onboarding to ongoing operations.
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverable schedules, and internal task ownership.
- Coordinate with production, operations, and creative teams to validate program feasibility.
- Maintain project tracking dashboards and documentation.
- Host weekly syncs with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate risks proactively and ensure defined service levels are met.
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, and post-project reviews.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in enterprise project or program management.
- Experience in apparel decoration, embellishments or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management platforms (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
