Our client is an established software provider for the manufacturing industry, offering smart planning and optimisation solutions. They've recently secured a $3M Series A investment and are now ready to accelerate their growth.

This is your chance to join as an experienced SDR in a scalable commercial organisation where ownership, autonomy, and career development are key pillars.


The Role

As an Enterprise SDR, you'll be responsible for the initial commercial steps in strategic deals with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales, build account plans, and run smart outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers in supply chain, IT, and procurement.

With strong performance, there’s potential to grow into a Team Lead, Account Executive, or BDR Manager role within 12 months.


What You'll Do

  • Target Enterprise accounts (Deal Values of $150K–$250K, sales cycle 8–12 months)
  • Build relationships with 10+ stakeholders per account
  • Use tools like 6sense, Gong, Cognism, Lucia, and Clay
  • Contribute to and execute ABM/ABX campaigns
  • Create account plans and initiate strategic outreach


What You Bring


Must-Haves:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Enterprise SDR in B2B SaaS
  • Proficient in German


Nice-to-Haves:

  • 2+ years experience in an SDR role
  • Experience as a hands-on Team Lead
  • Experience with supply chain software (planning, automation, sustainability)


What You’ll Get in Return

  • Salary up to €70,000 base + €25,000 bonus
  • Up to €85,000 base with Team Lead experience
  • Fully remote opportunities from the Netherlands or Germany (with occasional office visits)
  • Career progression opportunities toward Account Executive, Account Manager, or BDR Manager
