Enterprise Account Executive – Scale Up / Enterprise SAAS background


Up to €120,000 + 40% commission (guaranteed for first 3 months)


Must speak French & English, or Spanish & English


Location: Remote within Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic

Only recently has the organization begun investing in a formal sales function — and now it's ready to take the next step in expanding its enterprise reach.


Despite already working with over 90 of the top 100 global tech companies, many enterprise clients remain under-managed, presenting a significant growth opportunity for experienced sales professionals who can take ownership and drive results.


The Opportunity

Two Enterprise Account Executive positions are open as part of the expansion of the sales team, which is still in its early stages. These roles will help shape the company’s enterprise strategy and are ideal for individuals comfortable in high-impact, high-autonomy environments.


Enterprise Sales Defined

"Enterprise" refers to any organization with 500 or more in-house software developers. These roles involve managing both new and existing relationships with a focus on long-term value, not short-term transactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 120–150 enterprise accounts, including distributors and resellers
  • Lead strategic account planning, pipeline development, and client engagement
  • Identify under-utilized client relationships and uncover expansion opportunities
  • Build strong cross-functional collaboration with product, sales enablement, and technical teams
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes through thoughtful, independent execution
  • Contribute to the development of a scalable enterprise sales model


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years in enterprise sales, preferably in technology or software
  • Demonstrated success selling to enterprise-level customers (500+ developers)
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Fluency in English required, plus:
  • Spanish
  • French
  • Comfortable in early-stage, fast-paced environments
  • Steady career trajectory; candidates with recent job-hopping may not be considered
  • Backgrounds from high-growth scale-ups turned enterprise are a plus

Compensation & Structure

  • €80,000–€120,000 + 40 % Commission
  • 100% guarantee commission for the first 3 months (conditions apply)
  • Quarterly commission payments,
  • Performance-based accelerators and review periods held twice per year


Interview Process

  • Initial interview with hiring manager (20–30 minutes)
  • Full interview with Head of Sales (60 minutes)
  • Interview with Engineering Director
  • Assignment or case study (TBD)
  • Final interview with the Sales Enablement team
