The Role


As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic accounts across the Swedish enterprise market. This is a full-cycle closing role focused on high-value, complex deals with multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and manage the entire sales process: discovery, negotiation, close, and expansion
  • Partner with SDRs and marketing to drive a robust pipeline
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-led proposals
  • Navigate complex cybersecurity and IT sales cycles
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments
  • Accurately forecast and consistently meet or exceed quota


What Does Success Look Like? Building long-term strategic relationships with key customers and playing a crucial role in the Nordics expansion strategy.


What You’ll Bring:


  • 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience in cybersecurity or complex IT/infrastructure solutions
  • Proven ability to sell to enterprise-level clients and manage multi-threaded deals
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, independent mindset suited to a remote-first, scale-up environment
