We are looking for someone to join our team in a full-time or part-time / fractional capacity. Location is flexible, with many individuals remote but hubs in Charlottesville, VA, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia, PA.

- The persistence and patience to chase down answers from payers and clients without letting things fall through the cracks.
- The ability to manage multiple processes at once, each at a different stage and with different rules.
- A solutions mindset—when something doesn’t go as planned, you get curious and dig in.
- Comfort and speed with using online systems, portals, and Excel or Google Sheets to manage workflows.
- A proactive approach to learning—you seek to understand how things work, not just check boxes.
