PAY RANGE: $60,000 - $75,000 base + commission
Averro is seeking a highly skilled full-lifecycle Engineering Recruiter to join our team! You must have a strong track record recruiting hardware engineering talent across multiple disciplines. This role requires deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer management, and the ability to engage hard-to-find engineers in highly competitive markets. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting of hardware mechanical engineering candidates for nuclear, energy, space and aerospace clients nationwide
- Collaborate with the hiring managers to better understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Source and attract candidates through carious channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and provide feedback to both parties
- Negotiate job offers, conduct reference checks, and facilitate compliance and onboarding as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements as they relate to recruitment and employment
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Responsible for attending internal and client meetings
- Must be able to meet or exceed individual as well as team goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-5 years experience of full lifecycle recruiting
- Recruiting experience for hardware engineering positions within the nuclear, energy, space and aerospace industries
- In-depth knowledgeable engineering terminology
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, proactively sourcing passive talent, building targeted outbound messaging campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
- Understanding of the use of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. is preferred
- Experience with Target Recruit (Salesforce) is a bonus
