The Role
We are seeking an Engagement Manager to support the delivery and growth of a premium international service.
You will act as the central point of coordination between clients, laboratories, specialists, contractors, and the internal team, ensuring engagements are delivered smoothly from planning through follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage client engagements from onboarding through delivery and follow-up.
- Coordinate assessments, travel, logistics, laboratories, contractors, and specialist partners.
- Participate in on-site engagements and represent the company professionally.
- Maintain project momentum while ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Support reports, executive briefings, and client debriefings.
- Coordinate follow-up actions and ongoing client relationships.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, client services, hospitality, private client services, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional judgment, attention to detail, and a high level of reliability.
- Comfortable engaging with technical and scientific information.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel regularly within Europe and occasionally internationally.
