Role Description
This is a remote internship opportunity for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will support the Human Resources process with tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, assisting in employee recruitment, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with the recruitment process. Additionally, you will contribute to creating a positive company culture and collaborate with team members across different functions to support organizational goals.
Recruiting and on-boarding team members.

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and HR Management
- Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee recruitment
- Experience or interest in Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools is a plus
- Background or enrollment in a program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
