Role Description
This is a remote internship volunteer role for an HR Intern. As an HR Intern, you will assist with day-to-day tasks such as managing HR policies, supporting personnel management activities, and coordinating employee benefits. You will participate in HR management projects, assist in drafting HR policies and procedures, and provide support in administrative tasks.
You will help with recruitment and team growth.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a meaningful, global non-profit organization.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR management practices
- Knowledge of developing and implementing HR policies
- Basic understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work remotely
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a non-profit organization focused on child protection
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR tasks or prior internship experience is a plus
