What You’ll Own & Build
In this role, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. Your success will be measured in your first 90 days based on the following metrics:
- Increase revenue generated from email marketing by at least 25%
- Improve performance of key email flows and campaigns
- Consistently test, optimize, and report on performance
- Take clear ownership of the email channel with measurable results
We’re excited to work with someone who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in email marketing for eCommerce
- Is hands-on with Klaviyo (required)
- Has experience with Shopify (nice to have)
- Possesses a creative mindset with strong copywriting skills
- Is analytical and data-driven, focused on performance improvement
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment
