Your Role
We are looking for an Email Marketer who can directly impact our revenue by improving and scaling our email flows and campaigns across our eCommerce stores.
Your core mission is to increase the revenue generated from email marketing by building high-performing flows, launching effective campaigns, and continuously optimizing performance. Your Role

This role plays a critical part in driving company profitability and growth through a strong, data-driven email strategy.
Who We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in email marketing for eCommerce
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required)
- Experience working with Shopify (nice to have)
- Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills
- Analytical and data-driven, with a focus on performance improvement
- Comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment
- Increase revenue generated from email by at least 25%
- Improved performance of key email flows and campaigns
- Consistent testing, optimization, and performance reporting
- Clear ownership of the email channel with measurable results
- This role is an Independent Contractor position, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to manage your own schedule while making a meaningful impact on our operations.
- You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff (https://hubstaff.com/) to track hours worked.
