Position: K-12 Education Expert

Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management
- Create realistic K-12 scenarios such as IEP development and parent-teacher communication
- Annotate and validate data across instructional design and grade-level appropriateness
- Provide feedback on pedagogical accuracy and compliance with education standards
- Assess AI outputs for age-appropriate and effective instructional practices
- Collaborate with research teams to improve AI evaluation frameworks
Requirements
- Strong experience in K-12 education across teaching, administration, or support roles
- Strong understanding of instructional design and classroom management
- Strong familiarity with education standards and regulations
- Strong ability to translate classroom workflows into structured evaluation tasks
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Experience in special education, administration, or curriculum development is a plus
