Individuals with deep expertise in K–12 or higher education to create and evaluate tasks that test AI systems’ understanding of pedagogical content, instructional design, and real-world teaching scenarios
Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic education-related prompts covering teaching strategies, learning objectives, assessments, and classroom dynamics
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for pedagogical soundness, clarity, and alignment with educational best practices
- Create reference examples that reflect accurate instruction and real-world classroom communication
- Identify reasoning gaps, instructional weaknesses, and factual inaccuracies in AI outputs
- Collaborate asynchronously with other subject matter experts and reviewers using shared documents and structured feedback
- Advanced degree in education or a related field (e.g., M.Ed., Ed.D., or PhD in education)
- 3+ years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, educational research, or teacher training
- Familiarity with instructional standards, assessment frameworks, and differentiated learning approaches
- Strong analytical, writing, and pedagogical evaluation skills
- Expected commitment: 10+ hours/week
- Tasks may include instructional critique, scenario generation, multiple-choice design, and policy synthesis
- Deliverables-driven structure with expert peer review and quality control layers
- Comfort working across multiple education levels and content domains
