Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive brand visibility, sales, margin, and conversion across Amazon.
- Manage product listings, brand store experience, content, pricing, and advertising campaigns.
- Serve as the day-to-day account lead, building and maintaining vendor relationships and overseeing marketplace compliance.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and merchandising teams to enhance product discoverability, optimize performance, and execute promotions.
- Monitor account health, operational performance, and FBA/FBM logistics to meet or exceed marketplace benchmarks.
- Conduct competitive research and category analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide channel expansion.
- Create and utilize dashboards and analytics tools to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay current on Amazon, marketplace, and eCommerce trends to inform channel strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Ecommerce account management experience, with direct Amazon marketplace experience required.
- Experience managing B2B or global brand ecommerce channels preferred.
- Proven ability to develop marketing and merchandising strategies that drive growth.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PIM, DAM, commerce platforms, and marketing tools.
- Competitive base salary: $105,000–$120,000, with eligibility for annual incentive plans.
