Through our themed snack boxes—featuring treats from various American states and countries—we deliver more than just snacks. Each bite is a gateway to the rich stories and vibrant cultures that make our world so unique.


In customer support, you will be an important part of our team and assist our customers with their inquiries via e-mail. You ensure that our customers always receive professional and efficient support, contributing to their satisfaction and the success of our company.


Tasks

  • Responding to customer inquiries via e-mail/chat

  • Recording and documenting customer concerns in our support system

  • Collaborating closely with other departments to find solutions to complex issues

  • Contributing to the optimization of our support processes

  • Occasionally assisting with additional projects


Requirements

  • You are enrolled at a university or college

  • Very good written and spoken Spanish skills, as well as very good English skills

  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers

  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

  • You have access to a laptop/PC

  • Team-player mentality and high motivation

  • Good computer skills and a quick grasp of new systems
