Who are we?

PRINTWORKS is an innovative and fast-growing company within interior design, with a simple ambition: to make functional everyday products both inspiring and decorative. Founded in 2017, we are a small but ambitious team of 18 people working across E-commerce, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing, located in central Stockholm. We are experiencing strong growth and have high ambitions for our E-commerce. Being a small company, you will be given a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to take on fun and rewarding tasks.

Who are you?

You are a driven, junior candidate looking for a flexible part-time position, preferably alongside your university studies. You are curious to learn more about E-commerce, customer support, and logistics. You are quick to learn, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative. You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement.

Your responsibilities

You will work in a small and tight-knit E-commerce Support Team and have close contact with E-commerce Manager, Operations Manager and another part-timer on the Customer Support. Since we are in a scale-up phase, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot about E-commerce, logistics, and the fundamentals behind them. You will be responsible for our E-commerce customer support and ensuring we deliver the highest level of service.

Example tasks include:

  • Handling incoming support requests via email.
  • Handling incoming support requests via social media.
  • Processing returns and claims for customers.
  • Ensuring timely deliveries from our warehouses in the USA and Stockholm.
  • Creating claim cases with suppliers if orders are lost.
  • Maintaining close communication with our warehouses in the USA and Sweden to ensure orders are shipped correctly.
  • Making sure all orders are going smoothly through all systems and trouble-shooting if they don't.
  • Communicating with E-commerce Manager regarding workflows, website information, and customer case updates.
  • Making sure we meet our customer support KPIs in terms of response time and customer satisfaction.

Working hours and workplace

This is an hourly position where you submit a monthly time report. The role is approximately 30% (around 12 hours per week). Since our policy is to respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours, we prefer that you spread your working hours over several days, but since you'll teaming up with one other student, you can decide how to divide the time between you through each week. During our peak season (November–January), you will be expected to work more hours, as the volume of orders increases significantly. Expect around 50% workload (approximately 20 hours per week) during these months.

You decide when during the day you work, as long as it is discussed with the team. We offer great flexibility to accommodate your studies. You are also free to choose your workplace — either at our office on Birger Jarlsgatan in Stockholm or remotely from anywhere.

Start date

The position starts in January-February 2025.
