Role Overview:
We are hiring an E-commerce Fashion Merchandiser to lead the development and launch of weekly mini collections within our dresses category.
This role is responsible for identifying trend opportunities, structuring themed product drops, managing supplier communication, validating margins, and overseeing product launch execution from selection to site publication.
You will own the end-to-end merchandising process from product research and commercial validation to storytelling and launch coordination. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify trend-driven and commercially viable dress styles within our target market
- Analyze competitor assortments and best sellers
- Build cohesive mini collections with a clear theme and positioning
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, timelines and feasibility
- Ensure margin alignment before product approval
- Coordinate imagery and product presentation standards
- Monitor product performance and adjust assortment accordingly
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in fashion merchandising, buying or DTC e-commerce
- Strong commercial instinct and understanding of pricing structures
- Experience working with suppliers and managing product pipelines
- Ability to balance trend awareness with brand consistency
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
Hourly rate: $15 – $25 per hour, depending on experience, expertise, and demonstrated commercial ability. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience in fashion merchandising, supplier management, trend research, and e-commerce execution. Performance-based incentives may be discussed based on impact and consistency.
