Content Production & Creative Ownership

The Creative Lead partners closely with marketing leadership and performance teams to ensure all assets are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
Content Production & Creative Ownership
- Own day-to-day creative execution across Amazon, Shopify, email marketing, and paid media
- Produce, update, and optimize product imagery, lifestyle visuals, short-form video, and supporting graphic assets
- Adapt approved creative concepts into multiple formats, sizes, and placements across channels
- Ensure creative output consistently meets Mellanni brand standards, quality benchmarks, and performance needs
- Lead ongoing updates to Amazon PDPs, A+ Content, and Storefront assets
- Execute seasonal refreshes, promotional updates, and merchandising changes
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product visuals, claims, and messaging across all Amazon listings
- Maintain compliance with Amazon content guidelines and best practices
- Leverage AI tools for image generation, video creation, and copy support to accelerate production
- Review, refine, and finalize AI-generated outputs to meet brand, quality, and accuracy standards
- Build and maintain organized prompt libraries and reusable AI workflows
- Stay current on emerging AI tools and apply them thoughtfully within an e-commerce context
- Partner with PPC, influencer, and e-commerce teams to deliver creative assets on schedule
- Support structured creative testing by producing iterations and variations as requested
- Coordinate asset updates, handoffs, and version control across platforms
- Maintain organized creative libraries, naming conventions, and version control
- Document repeatable workflows for AI-assisted and traditional content production
- Support continuity and knowledge sharing within the marketing team
- Design and update packaging artwork in line with established brand standards and product requirements
- Prepare print-ready files according to factory specifications, dielines, and packaging templates
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, barcodes, claims, regulatory text, and required markings
- Coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Maintain structured packaging files and version control across SKUs
- Proven experience in e-commerce creative production, preferably within a consumer goods or DTC brand
- Hands-on experience working with Amazon content, including PDPs, A+ Content, and Storefronts
- Strong understanding of performance-oriented creative for marketplaces and paid media
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assets, updates, and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using both traditional design tools and AI-assisted creative workflows
- High attention to detail, especially related to accuracy, claims, and compliance
- Senior execution-focused creative with ownership mentality
- Comfortable working within established brand systems while improving and scaling them
- Fast, organized, and detail-driven in high-volume production environments
- Curious, pragmatic, and disciplined in the use of AI tools
- Collaborative, responsive to feedback, and reliable under deadlines
