Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role involves managing product listings, monitoring orders, assisting with marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory)
- Monitor incoming orders, process shipments, and handle returns/refunds
- Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Assist in running promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
- Track website performance metrics (traffic, conversions, sales trends)
- Provide customer support via email, chat, or social media
- Identify and report issues related to website functionality or user experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales funnels
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
