Location: London / Remote (UK)

Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (3 days per week)

Salary: £20,000 per annum (part-time, 3 days per week)

Equivalent to ~£33,000 full time

Permanent role with opportunity to increase hours as the business grows.

About the role


We’re a growing fashion e-commerce brand looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our Shopify store and marketing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, organisation and getting things live, and wants to grow their experience in e-commerce and brand marketing within a small, ambitious team.

The role is part-time (3 days per week or equivalent), with the opportunity to increase hours as the business grows.

Founded in 2016, The Hippie Shake is a fashion brand creating heirloom-worthy pieces designed to be loved and worn forever. As a small, founder-led team with big ambitions and a growing global community, we’re entering an exciting new chapter and looking to grow our team. 


What you’ll be doing


Shopify & E-commerce

  • Uploading products and updating content on Shopify
  • Managing imagery, blog posts and on-site updates
  • Maintaining Shopify apps (pre-orders, back-in-stock, bundles, promos)
  • Supporting basic SEO implementation
  • Uploading products and goods-in information to our 3PL


Marketing & Content Operations

  • Setup and ongoing operational maintenance of social commerce channels (Pinterest, Meta, TikTok Shop, Shop App), including product feeds, pricing and availability
  • Responding to comments and supporting basic community engagement across social channels
  • Supporting influencer seeding, order processing and day-to-day relationships


Internal Ops Support

  • Updating customer service on stock, pre-orders, promotions and delivery delays
  • Supporting campaign execution, launches and PR initiatives
  • Pulling reports and preparing data for weekly dashboards (data prep, not analysis)


About you


  • Comfortable working in Shopify
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Happy juggling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Interested in e-commerce, fashion and brand marketing
  • Confident working independently and asking questions
  • Based in the UK, with rights to work in UK (Sorry no sponsorships)
  • Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or DTC brands is a plus, but not essential.


What this role is not


This is not a marketing strategist, social media manager, paid media specialist, creative designer or a Shopify developer. This is a high-impact execution role supporting the business with strong exposure across e-commerce and marketing.

Salary:
