- Report regularly to management on recruitment progress and candidate feedback, contributing to our overall success
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a valuable addition
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment initiatives with creativity and energy
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract top talent
