Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction
• Assist customers in understanding our products and services by delivering clear and accurate information
• Swiftly resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and follow up to meet their needs
• Collaborate with team members and different departments to enhance service quality and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with company offerings and industry trends to provide effective support
  
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a fast-paced or multilingual environment, is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, focused on building positive customer relationships
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM applications
• A positive attitude, eagerness to embrace new experiences, and readiness to relocate to Greece
