- Handle customer inquiries about telecommunications products, services, and promotions through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
- Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service configurations
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and analysis
- Collaborate with team members to stay updated on new products and ensure service excellence
- Provide feedback to the management team to improve customer service processes and policies
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing a customer-first approach
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple inquiries concurrently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
